The MSCS Performance and Leadership Development department at Memphis-Shelby County Schools designs and runs training programs, institutes, and conferences to support teachers, assistant principals, principals, and central office staff. I have contributed to the department’s mission by designing comprehensive, themed environmental signage and wayfinding systems that turn school campuses into professional conference venues. My work bridges the gap between educational frameworks and spatial design, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces the district's mission.
