Interactive Event Passport Design

The Southern Heritage Classic brings together thousands of football fans and regional employers. In 2025, Memphis-Shelby County Schools partnered with the City of Memphis to deliver an immersive career exploration experience for their College and Career Fair. MSCS Educational Services' engagement goals were to encourage high school students to actively interact with a wide variety of employer booths rather than congregating in high-traffic zones. As well as to provide a cohesive visual identity that seamlessly integrated with the 2025 Southern Heritage Classic event branding and theme. As Graphic Specialist for MSCS, my objective was to create structured internal pages featuring clear booth-visiting milestones, space for employer stamp validation, and targeted exploration prompts to drive meaningful dialogue between students and industry representatives. Feedback from school leadership, city partners, participating employers, and students was overwhelmingly enthusiastic. As a direct result of the design's success and operational impact, the passport program has been formally established as a multi-year standard—securing a 5-year renewal to be featured at all upcoming Southern Heritage Classic Career Fair events through 2030.
